☑️ Copy a User in ParcVu Desktop

To access this area of the system the user will need either need the Supervisor Account or to have the Superuser and Allow System Maintenance Menu user permissions

If your new User requires the same permissions as an existing User, you can use the Copy User function to save time

Go to System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Users

Select the existing User from the list, and click Copy User at the top of the screen

This will copy all of the Roles and Rights from the existing User to the new one

Set the basic details such as name, email, username etc as you would for a brand new User

Save and close once finished
