☑️Owner Leaving Park (OLP) Permissions

Permissions Required to Create an OLP

All Users have the option to ‘Close Owners Account’ which, when selected from the navigation list on the Owner Account Details screen, will start the required OLP function.

Permissions Required to Enter Information on an OLP

All Users can complete the minimum required details up to a ‘Pre-Authorised’ status

To edit Refunds on the OLP, the user must have the 'Allow OLP Refund Edit’ permission

Permissions Required to Authorise an OLP

To Authorise an OLP, the user must have the ‘Authorise Closure of Account’ permission

Permissions Required to Complete an OLP

To Complete an OLP, the user must have the ‘Complete Closure of Account’ permission
