☑️Reject an OLP Record in ParcVu Desktop

If required, it is possible to reject an OLP Record by selecting ‘Reject Owner Leaving Park’ on the navigation list.

Selecting this option will revert the OLP Record back to ‘Un-authorised’ status, you will be asked to enter a Rejection reason as part of this process.

Once in Un-Authorised status the OLP can then be cancelled or amended
