☑️ Edit / Amend an OLP Record in ParcVu Desktop

If the option to edit is not available, the OLP may already be authorised or completed. If the OLP is authorised, it must be rejected for changes to be made. If an OLP is completed, changes cannot be made

If required, an OLP Record can be edited and amended by selecting the ‘Edit’ option on the navigation list.

Once in ‘Edit’ mode the required information can be updated, the option ‘Edit the Fuel Readings’ also becomes available on the navigation list.

Once the required information has been added or amended, select ‘Save’ on the navigation list and the OLP Record will be updated accordingly.
