☑️Park Structure in ParcVu Desktop

Last updated 5 months ago

Within ParcVu, the Park structure is used not only to designate where Holiday Homes are, but also for charging purposes - for example, where pitch fees vary between different areas of the Park or types of pitch

Areas in ParcVu Desktop

Areas are the first level under the Park, and are used to represent the different areas of the Park. For example, you may have an area of the Park named “The Oaks”, or label your Park rows A-Z, in which case you would have an Area named ‘A’

Zones in ParcVu Desktop

Zones sit within Areas. Some Areas may have a single Zone, others may have multiple Zones. For example, if your Area has 3 distinct rows or sub-areas, and you’d like to group these pitches together physically or because they have the same pitch fee band, you would create Zones 1-3 within that Area

Pitches in ParcVu Desktop

Pitches sit within Zones and represent the physical pitches on the Park. They’re also used to represent the spaces available on a touring field, even where these aren’t obviously defined pitches
