☑️ Salesperson Records in ParcVu Desktop

A Salesperson record must be created for each Salesperson per Park in System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Lookups > Salespeople

These records are used for Prospects and Sales, so that the User appears in the correct dropdowns to assign Interests or Sales

Viewing Salesperson Records

Select which Park(s) you’d like to view the Salesperson records for using the checkboxes or Toggle All to view records for all Parks

Adding New/Editing Existing Salesperson Records

Click Edit and select the Park(s) that the new Salesperson works at

If no record exists, enter their details on an empty line in the grid;

  • Select the Park

  • Enter a Salesperson Code (this must be unique within the Park, and is usually the Salesperson’s initials)

  • Enter the Salesperson Name as you wish it to appear within the system and within the merge field

  • Enter payroll number (optional)

  • Set the record Active (or inactive, if removing an existing Salesperson)

  • Select the commission rate (if used)

Repeat the above steps for each Park the Salesperson works at
