☑️ Deleting a Pitch in ParcVu Desktop

The User will require the permission Allow Pitch Deletion to use this function
If there is Re-Development on the Park, you may need to ‘Delete’ a Pitch(s) so that the system continues to reflect the reality of the Park.
From the Main Menu, select ‘Pitch’


Click on the ‘By Status’ tab:
Select ‘Vacant’ from the drop-down list in the ‘Status’ field
Pitches must be vacant to be deleted - you should also ensure if it’s a touring pitch, that the Booking Product is removed prior to deletion
Click ‘find’ and the list of Vacant Pitches will be displayed, click on the required Pitch to highlight it, then select ‘View Pitch Details’ from the Navigation list on the right-hand side of the screen.

The ‘Pitch Details’ screen will be displayed, select ‘Delete Pitch’ from the Navigation list on the right

Confirm ‘Yes’ to the ‘Delete Pitch’ message.

A second message will appear confirming that the Pitch has been ‘Deleted’, click ‘OK’

Log Out of ParcVu and then ‘Log In’ again for the system to update.
