Product Source: Uses the assigned unit’s bed configuration (berths/bed codes).

VAT: N/A.
Extras: Can exclude specific imports (like Sun Holidays) if linen was not paid for as an extra.
Owner Bookings: Excluded.
Booking Statuses: Includes confirmed and active bookings.
Assignment: The booking must be assigned to a physical unit to determine the bed count.
