Add Vehicle Information to a Booking in ParcVu Desktop

The Cars function in ParcVu Desktop is only available to existing customers who previously signed up for the legacy ParcVu Bookings module. New subscribers will be offered enrolment in the Booking Experts module. Existing customers using legacy Bookings will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to Booking Experts - contact your Account Manager for more information

To add details of Car Registrations to a Booking, click on the ‘Cars’ tab on the Booking Details screen.

Select ‘Edit’ on the Navigation list and enter the required Car registration on the first blank line. If applicable, you can also record the Number/details of Barrier Keys issued to a Customer if appropriate.

When finished, select ‘Save’ on the Navigation list and the information will be updated on the Booking
