Overview

Categorizes occupied units into "Company Units," "Sublet Units," or "Touring Pitches" and shows their associated booking value and status.

Best Use Case

  • Sublet vs. Fleet Analysis: Comparing the revenue contribution of park-owned units versus owner-sublet units.

  • Arrival Tracking: Seeing a chronological list of arrivals with their unit status at the time of the holiday.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Arrival Date Range: Filters by when the holiday takes place.

  • Booking Made Date Range: Filters by when the booking was created.

  • Unit Type: Filter for Company, Sublet, Touring, or All.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Displays the total price of the break.

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Full value is shown for the arrival date.

  • Product Source: Identifies the unit status (Park vs Sublet) based on the unit's history at the time the booking starts.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included.

  • Extras: Included.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes confirmed bookings but excludes cancelled bookings (Status 9).

  • Assignment: The booking must be assigned to a unit or pitch to determine its status.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
