Overview

A high-level summary of total available units versus those booked at each status, including a pro-rated financial value for the period.

Best Use Case

  • Financial Forecasting: Estimating the revenue value of current occupancy for a specific date range.

  • Capacity Planning: Seeing a high-level view of total park availability across different product grades.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Date Range: Filters by the date the holiday takes place.

  • Product Type: Filter by Hire or Touring.

  • Booking Product: Filter for a specific code or "All".

  • Exclude Repairs: Toggle to remove units under repair from the total "Quantity Available."

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Displays a pro-rated daily value of the bookings.

  • Income Logic: Pro-rated. It divides the total holiday price by the number of days to show only the revenue falling within the report's date range.

  • Product Source: Shows the product listed on the booking.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included.

  • Extras: Included in the pro-rated calculation (uses total booking price).

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: All statuses except Status 9 (Cancelled) are included.

  • Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned; it counts based on the product selected.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.

  • Occupancy Logic: Relates to allocations set up in the system rather than physical units.
