A logistical report for managing physical extras (e.g., travel cots, high chairs) that need to be delivered to or collected from units.

Best Use Case

  • Extra Equipment Management: Creating a daily "to-do" list for staff to move portable equipment between units.

  • Customer Service: Ensuring all requested add-ons are in the unit before the guest arrives.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Action Date Range: Filters by the date the equipment needs to be moved.

  • Action: Filter for Deliveries, Collections, or Both.

  • Product List: Select specific equipment types or "All".

  • Order By: Product Description or Pitch Code.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: N/A (Item quantities).

  • Product Source: Specifically looks at Booking Extras (Product Type 3).

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: N/A.

  • Extras: This report is entirely focused on "Extras" and excludes the main accommodation product price.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes active bookings but excludes cancelled bookings (Status 9).

  • Assignment: Bookings must be assigned to a physical unit or pitch to provide a delivery location.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
