☑️ Add a Zone in ParcVu Desktop

To access this area of the system, the User will need the permissions Allow access System Maintenance Menu and Access Maintain Park Structure

In System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Park Structure, new Areas, Zones and Pitches can be created

The Park must be selected in the top right corner for this menu option to be available - if the option is greyed out, ensure you have a Park selected

Double click on the required Area or click on the to the left of the area and any existing Zones within the Area will be displayed

Select ‘Add Zone’ from the Navigation list on the right.

The ‘Add Zone’ field will appear, type the ‘Zone Number’ in the ‘Code’ field and the ‘Zone Name’ in the ‘Description’ field, click ‘OK’ when finished.

NOTE: The ‘Z’ - Zones within an Area are numbered 1, 2 , 3 etc.

For example, according to the setup of the Park:

Zone 1 May indicate that all pitches in that area are Standard Pitches

Zone 2 May indicate that all pitches in that area are Premium Pitches

Zone 3 May indicate that all pitches in that area are Premium Plus Pitches

As appropriate.

The New ‘Zone’ will now appear in the selected Area, double on the Area and the new Zone will be displayed
