Report 353: Monthly Booking Value by Unit Status

Overview

A cross-tab report that breaks down booking revenue by month and by the "status" of the unit (Park-owned, Sublet, or No Unit Assigned).

Best Use Case

  • Sublet Performance Review: Comparing revenue generated by park-owned fleet units versus owner-sublet units.

  • Monthly Financial Overview: Seeing seasonal revenue trends across different unit categories.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Date Range: Filters by the date the holiday takes place.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Displays the total price of the break.

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Revenue is assigned to the month the holiday starts.

  • Product Source: Relates to the product on the booking, but uses unit status history to categorize it.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included.

  • Extras: Included (based on total booking price).

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes active bookings but excludes cancelled bookings (Status 9).

  • Assignment: Accommodates both assigned and unallocated bookings. Unallocated bookings appear under the heading "No pitch/unit."

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
