Follow ‘Add a Job’ instructions, however, for Warranty/After Sales Jobs, when you ‘Mark the Job as Done’, you should not enter any charges on the invoice, just click ‘Save’ from the Navigation list on the right. Then select ‘Warranty’ from the Navigation list on the right.

To save a job as completed when it’s Warranty, the type of warranty must be specified - if your job isn’t saving, check that the radio buttons are complete
In the ‘Warranty’ section at the bottom of the screen, use the displayed Radio buttons to indicate if the Warranty type is Company or Mfg
Company warranty is one provided by your own business, for example a 12month warranty offered on used Holiday Homes
Mfg warranty is the warranty provided by the Holiday Home Manufacturer
Click ‘Save’ when finished
