VAT: Included in the total invoiced values.
Extras: Focuses on the "Agreed Price Per Head" for party members rather than miscellaneous extras .
Owner Bookings: Excluded; the report specifically focuses on external agents and direct guest bookings.
Booking Statuses: Includes active bookings but excludes cancelled bookings (Status 9).
Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned; it includes unallocated bookings to ensure "Units Booked" counts are accurate.
Reporting Period: Standard calendar date ranges are used; no financial period setup is required .
