To enable the Park Map module, please contact ParcVu Support
Scan & Save the Map Ready For Upload
Scan your Park Map, or save a copy of an existing Map, to a location that’s accessible by ParcVu Desktop. We recommend your Local Drive (usually called a C Drive)
Upload the Map
To use this function the user will need the Allow System Access Menu user permission
From the Home Screen, go to System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Parks
Click on the required Park line in the top grid and select ‘Edit’ from the Navigation list. The editable fields will be highlighted and the ‘Map’ button will be visible and available for use.
Click onto the ‘Map’ button and a file locater will be displayed, select your saved Map and click ‘Open’. Once the ‘Map Image Stored’ field (above the ‘Map’ button) is ticked, select ‘Save’ on the Navigation list
