A logistical report that calculates the number of single and double linen sets required for arrivals, departures, and mid-stay changes (for stays over 7 days).

Available Filters

  • Park: Select one park.

  • Date: The specific day the activities take place.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: N/A (Linen counts).

  • Product Source: Uses the assigned unit’s bed configuration (berths/bed codes).

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: N/A.

  • Extras: Can exclude specific imports (like Sun Holidays) if linen was not paid for as an extra.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes confirmed and active bookings.

  • Assignment: The booking must be assigned to a physical unit to determine the bed count.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
