This report focuses entirely on Sales Stock (caravans and lodges currently sitting on pitches or in showgrounds waiting to be sold). It acts as a safety gate for your sales department.

Best Use Case

  • Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) & Sales Handovers: Run this report to verify that a recently sold unit has all its legal safety paperwork in place before the keys are handed over to the new buyer.

How You Can Filter This Report

  • Park: Select the targeted holiday park.

  • Comparison Date: The target date to measure safety certificate lifespan.

  • Test Category: Select individual or combined test filters (A through E)

    • A: Flue Modification Check

    • B: Gas Flue & Vent (GFV) Check

    • C: Electrical PAT Test

    • D: Main Electrical Test

    • E: All Safety Tests Combined

  • Include Limbo Units (True/False): Toggle whether to include unassigned sales units that are currently in a "limbo" status without a fixed physical pitch assignment.

  • Sorting Options: Sort chronologically by Caravan Stock Number or geographically by Showground/Pitch map location.

Key Information Displayed on the Report

  • Sales Integrity Fields: Lists the caravan stock number, make, model, and current pitch configuration.

  • Safety Health Check: Renders clear Required / Expired / N/A flags for the flue, gas connection, PAT, and main wiring loops.
