Overview

A detailed occupancy report that tracks total units, owner-booked weeks, units under repair, agent reservations, and remaining unsold capacity.

Best Use Case

  • Yield Management: Identifying unsold capacity across Hire Fleet, GIA, and Sublet units to optimize sales efforts.

  • Capacity Audit: Understanding the "Total Available to Sell" after removing repairs and internal blocks.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Date Range: Filters by the date the holiday takes place.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: This is an occupancy report; it does not show revenue values, only unit counts.

  • Income Logic: N/A.

  • Product Source: Shows the product linked to the assigned unit (van/pitch).

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: N/A.

  • Extras: N/A.

  • Owner Bookings: Included and explicitly counted as "Total Owner Booked."

  • Booking Statuses: Includes Confirmed (Status 6) and Confirmed Online (Status 11).

  • Assignment: Looks at assigned units for accurate occupancy, but also factors in unassigned bookings to reduce the "Unsold" count.

  • Reporting Period: Required. The report joins to reporting periods to provide context for the dates.

  • Occupancy Logic: Looks at physical units and their current statuses (Hire Fleet, Sublet, etc.).
