Mapping of Units for Hoseasons Manual Import in ParcVu Desktop

The Hoseasons-related functions in ParcVu Desktop are only available to existing customers who previously signed up for the legacy ParcVu Bookings module. New subscribers will be offered enrolment in the Booking Experts module. Existing customers using legacy Bookings will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to Booking Experts - contact your Account Manager for more information
On the CSV file provided, there is a column called ‘Unit Code’, these are the unit codes for the units used by Hoseasons.
These ‘Unit Codes’ need to be mapped onto the relevant units within ParcVu, on the Van Details screen, in the ‘Bookings’ tab in the section ‘Import Reference Mapping’ so that the import process can match the Hoseasons booking to the correct unit in ParcVu.
Navigate to the Unit you are mapping, and click on the Bookings tab on the ‘Van Details’ screen
The ‘Import Reference Mapping’ section will be displayed.
Select ‘Edit’ from the Navigation list on the right.
Click into the ‘Reference’ field in the ‘Import Reference Mapping’ section and enter the required ‘Unit Code’.
Select ‘Save’ from the Navigation list on the right and the unit code is now mapped with the selected unit.
The unit can now be selected by the import process as required
Before you can use the Hoseasons Import process, you must enable the Hoseasons Import function, Park Information and map the Booking Products
