Note on Report Classification: This is a Data Export/Specialized List focused on fuel operations.
This report displays active requests for bottled gas where the cylinder delivery has not yet been confirmed on the system. It filters for open orders where the delivery confirmation date is completely blank.
Best Use Case
Outstanding Delivery Audit: Use this tool to monitor backlog. If a customer calls the office complaining that they are running cold, running this report will instantly verify if their gas order is still sitting in the "undelivered" queue.
How You Can Filter This Report
Parks: Select individual or multiple parks.
Date Range (From/To): Look at order dates within a set timeframe.
Sorting Options: Sort your pending delivery queue by Order Number, Order Date, Pitch Number, Account Number, or Owner Name.
Key Information Displayed on the Report
Order Urgency: Shows the unique gas order number and the exact date the request was registered.
Product Details: The size of the gas bottle, quantity ordered, and billing rate.
Account Info: Full location parameters (Park, Area, Zone, Pitch, Pitch Status) paired with customer account numbers and names for easy tracking.
