Overview

This report provides a detailed breakdown of available units, units under repair, and bookings by status for a specific date range.

Best Use Case

  • Availability Auditing: Checking exactly how many units are free versus booked or under repair on any given day.

  • Maintenance Planning: Identifying units that are out of action due to repairs.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Date Range: Filters by the date the holiday takes place.

  • Product Type: Filter by Hire or Touring categories.

  • Booking Product: Filter for a specific product code or "All".

  • HF/Sublet: Filter for Hire Fleet units, Sublet units, or Both.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Displays the calculated daily value of the break.

  • Income Logic: Pro-rated. It divides the total price of the holiday by the number of days to show the daily value for the report period.

  • Product Source: Shows the product linked to the assigned unit (van/pitch) rather than the booking product.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included.

  • Extras: Generally included in the total booking price used for the daily value calculation.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded from availability counts.

  • Booking Statuses: All statuses except Status 9 (Cancelled) are included and counted separately.

  • Assignment: The booking must be assigned to a physical unit or pitch to be counted in this unit-based logic.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.

  • Occupancy Logic: Looks at physical units and sublet agreements to determine capacity.
