Bulk Communications are Now Available in ParcVu Online!

To access this function the user will need the Allow into Bulk Communications permission
To send an email, letter or SMS message to multiple customers at once, you can use the Bulk Communications function, found on the Home screen
You can choose to send by Account, by Booking or by Person. The best option to use will depend on which customers you’re trying to communicate with, as each option has different filters available
To use these functions, you must have a template set up first. You can find out more about templates in this article: Templates in ParcVu Desktop
