Set Up Park Information for Hoseasons in ParcVu Desktop

The Hoseasons-related functions in ParcVu Desktop are only available to existing customers who previously signed up for the legacy ParcVu Bookings module. New subscribers will be offered enrolment in the Booking Experts module. Existing customers using legacy Bookings will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to Booking Experts - contact your Account Manager for more information

Regardless if which Hoseasons integration or import option you use, the Username, Password and Site Code used in the Hoseasons Booking system must be set up for each Park in ParcVu

To access this function, the user must have the Allow System Maintenance Menu user permission

From the Home Screen, go to System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Parks

In the Maintain Parks screen, click on the required Park line to highlight it and the selected Park details will be displayed

Click on the ‘Hoseasons Details’ tab

Select ‘Edit’ from the Navigation list on the right and the fields will be highlighted

If you use the Hoseasons Bulk Import Option

Bulk Imports are a legacy function which require the use of Agent Reservations to prevent overbookings. If your business still uses Bulk Imports to manage your Hoseasons Bookings, we strongly recommend reaching out to your Hoseasons Account manager about switching to OneConnect

The Import process requires the 4 character Site Code details for the Park which is found on the Import file from the Hoseasons Booking system, then click ‘Save’ on the Navigation list on the right

If you use Hoseasons OneConnect

If you are new to OneConnect, ParcVu Integrations Team may request this information from you and enter it on your behalf

Enter the Username and Password for your Hoseasons Account, in addition to the Site Code, and mark the Park as ‘Real Time Interface Active’
