Viewing Nominal Codes in ParcVu Online

To access this area of the system, the user must have Allow System Maintenance Menu and Amend Nominals (H/O Only) user permissions

Nominal codes are used in conjunction with your finance package to ensure everything is correctly accounted for in ParcVu

From the System Settings menu, under the Financial option in the sidebar, choose Nominal Codes

The System Settings menu is searchable in ParcVu Online - save time by finding the setting you’re looking for using a key word!

The ‘Nominal Code Maintenance’ screen will be displayed, showing all current Nominal Codes

Need more space on screen? Close the side menu by clicking the menu icon - click again when you’re ready to reopen the menu!
