Party Members (Guests) in ParcVu Desktop

The Party Members function in ParcVu Desktop is only available to existing customers who previously signed up for the legacy ParcVu Bookings module. New subscribers will be offered enrolment in the Booking Experts module. Existing customers using legacy Bookings will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to Booking Experts - contact your Account Manager for more information

When a Booking is created the Party Member details that were added when making the Booking are shown in the ‘Party’ tab

This enables you to see a breakdown of the types of guest in the group, and also collect names for the individuals for a more personalised experience for the guest

The names will default to UNKNOWN and the title will default to MR, unless this information is provided at the point of Booking via an API (a Booking made via a website or 3rd party). You can edit this information to add the actual names if the guests provide them
