☑️ View Cash Matching Settlements in ParcVu Desktop

When highlighting a transaction on a Ledger, there is an option to ‘View Settlements’ when payments / charges have been Cash Matched. This will show how the Cash Matching was allocated, and can be useful where Customers have queries

Once in the selected Ledger screen, click on the required posting in the list and select ‘View Settlements’ from the navigation list

The settlements screen will then be displayed showing how the selected posting has been settled

If the Cash Matching needs to be altered, this can be done by Un-Allocating Cash (see the guide Un-Allocate Cash in ParcVu Desktop for more information)
