Last updated 18 days ago

Overview

A financial performance report that compares revenue, volume (unit weeks/days), and average tariff for the current year against the previous year, broken down by week.

Best Use Case

  • Year-on-Year Comparison: Measuring financial growth or decline against the same period last year.

  • Tariff Analysis: Monitoring the "Average Tariff" achieved per unit week across different reporting periods.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Date Range (Booked Date): Filter by when the booking was made.

  • Date Range (Arrival Date): Filter by when the holiday takes place.

  • Booking Statuses: Comma-separated list of statuses to include.

  • Nominal Codes: Filter by specific financial nominal codes.

  • Data to Show: Choose between Revenue, Weeks (Days), or Average Tariff.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Relates to the total amount of the break (invoiced value).

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. It pulls the full invoiced value of the booking based on the arrival week.

  • Product Source: Relates to the product listed on the booking, specifically those marked as "Prime" (accommodation/pitch).

  • Agent Commission: Included; revenue is based on invoice lines.

  • VAT: Excluded.

  • Extras: Excluded. It only looks at the "Prime" accommodation/touring product types.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Determined by the user-defined list at runtime.

  • Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned to a unit.

  • Reporting Period: Required. This report depends on the system’s "Reporting Periods" (Financial Periods) to perform year-on-year calculations.

  • Occupancy Logic: Uses "Standard Unit Weeks" (calculated as days) based on booking duration.
