Overview

This report checks the compliance status of your park’s own hire fleet/letting accommodations. It flags whether vital health and safety checks are up-to-date, expired, or completely missing from the system.

Best Use Case

  • Pre-Arrival Hire Fleet Audits: Crucial for letting and reception managers to ensure that any caravan or lodge being handed over to holiday guests is fully compliant with legal safety parameters before they check in.

How You Can Filter This Report

  • Park: Select a single holiday park location.

  • Comparison Date: Choose the baseline date to calculate expiries against (defaults to the current date).

  • Test Category: Narrow the report down to look at a single specific safety check or all of them together:

    • A: Flue Modification Check

    • B: Gas Flue & Vent (GFV) Check

    • C: Electrical PAT Test

    • D: Main Electrical Test

    • E: All Safety Tests Combined

  • Compliance Status:

    • A: All Units (regardless of compliance status)

    • E: Expired Units Only

    • R: Required Units Only (never recorded or marked as not done)

  • Expiry Rules (Custom Timeframes): You can manually define how many years a test remains valid for before it triggers an "Expired" status on this run (e.g., setting Gas to 1 year, Electrical to 3 years).

  • Sorting Options: Organize by Caravan Stock Number, Pitch Location, or the historical date the specific safety test was last completed.

Key Information Displayed on the Report

  • The Compliance Ledger: Displays the status of all 4 major tests side-by-side, explicitly marking each as Required, Expired, Done, or N/A.

  • Historical Audit Dates: Shows the exact calendar dates when the Flue Modification, GFV Check, PAT Test, and Main Electrical Test were last saved.

  • Caravan Details: Lists the caravan stock number, manufacturer (Make), and model name.

  • Location & Category: Provides the complete Pitch reference (Park/Area/Zone/Pitch) alongside its designated Hire Letting Category code.
