Overview

A debt management report specifically for tracking bookings where the initial deposit is due or overdue.

Best Use Case

  • Booking Confirmation: Monitoring new bookings to ensure they are confirmed with a payment within the required timeframe.

  • Lapse Management: Identifying provisional bookings that should be cancelled if the deposit remains unpaid.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Due Date: The date used to check for overdue deposits.

  • Include Lapsed: Choose whether to include bookings that have already moved to a "Lapsed" status.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Displays the Deposit Due Amount, Received So Far, and Deposit Still Owed.

  • Income Logic: N/A (Focuses on the deposit portion only).

  • Product Source: Relates to the product on the booking.

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: Included in the deposit total.

  • Extras: N/A.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes Provisional and Lapsed (Deposit).

  • Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
