Overview

A report detailing bookings that have utilized specific marketing promotions, comparing the initial price against the reduced (promo) price.

Best Use Case

  • Marketing Campaign ROI: Measuring the success of specific discount codes or special offers.

  • Revenue Leakage Audit: Reviewing the value of discounts given across different parks or agents.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Promotions: Select specific promotion codes or "All".

  • Booking Made Date Range: Filters by when the booking was created.

  • Arrival Date Range: Filters by when the holiday takes place.

  • Include Non-Promo: Option to include all bookings to compare promo vs. non-promo volume.

  • Exclude Cancelled: Toggle to remove cancelled bookings.

  • Order By: Arrival Date or Booking Ref.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Relates to the total price, specifically showing the "Initial Price" and "Reduced Price."

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Full booking value is shown.

  • Product Source: Shows the product listed on the booking.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included in the prices.

  • Extras: Focuses on the core booking items that the promotion was applied to.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes active bookings and optionally cancelled ones.

  • Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
