This report tracks safety test compliance for standard private owners who do not sublet their units through the park scheme. It is primarily used to monitor general park safety and offer safety testing services to your resident community.

  • Safety Campaigns & Mailers: Run this to find all private owners whose gas or electrical certificates are expiring. Because this report includes a built-in mail merge option, you can immediately export the list to print reminder letters.

How You Can Filter This Report

  • Park: Select your park location.

  • Comparison Date & Test Category: Standard date lookup and test type filters (A through E).

    • A: Flue Modification Check

    • B: Gas Flue & Vent (GFV) Check

    • C: Electrical PAT Test

    • D: Main Electrical Test

    • E: All Safety Tests Combined

  • Compliance Status: Filter specifically for All, Expired, or Required to target your communication.

  • Mail Merge (True/False): Toggling this to True activates customer contact data blocks behind the scenes for direct letter printing.

  • Sorting Options: Sort by Stock Number, Pitch Location, or specific Test Expiry Dates.

Key Information Displayed on the Report

  • Contact & Mail Merge Data: Outputs the owner's full name, postal address lines (1 through 4), postcode, and formal salutation fields.

  • Account Map: The unique Owner Number, Customer Account Number, and current Pitch Status.

  • Safety Audit: The complete grid of test results detailing what is safe, what has expired, and the exact calendar dates when the maintenance team last uploaded a pass certificate.
