Compliance Status: Filter specifically for All, Expired, or Required to target your communication.
Mail Merge (True/False): Toggling this to True activates customer contact data blocks behind the scenes for direct letter printing.
Sorting Options: Sort by Stock Number, Pitch Location, or specific Test Expiry Dates.
Key Information Displayed on the Report
Contact & Mail Merge Data: Outputs the owner's full name, postal address lines (1 through 4), postcode, and formal salutation fields.
Account Map: The unique Owner Number, Customer Account Number, and current Pitch Status.
Safety Audit: The complete grid of test results detailing what is safe, what has expired, and the exact calendar dates when the maintenance team last uploaded a pass certificate.
