Overview
This report provides a clear list of all the caravan and holiday home maintenance jobs that have been logged into the system but have not yet had their official job orders printed. It is primarily used to catch unprinted work orders so that maintenance staff can be handed their physical paperwork and get started on the jobs.

Daily Maintenance Audit: Run this report at the start or end of every day to ensure no newly logged maintenance requests have been missed or left sitting in the system without paperwork.

How You Can Filter This Report
Before running the report, you can customize the results using the following simple options:
Parks: Select a single holiday park or choose multiple parks at once to see all unprinted jobs across your locations.
Date Range (From/To): Filter by the exact date the job request was originally created on the system.
Job Types: Choose to view all types of jobs or narrow it down to specific categories (such as specific repair types).
Sorting Options: You can choose how the final list is organized on your screen or page to make it easier to read. You can sort by:
Job Number
Date Created
Pitch/Location Reference
Owner Account Number
Owner Last Name
Job Description Category
Key Information Displayed on the Report
For every unprinted job found, the report will clearly show you:
Location Details: The holiday park name and the exact pitch/unit reference.
Unit & Owner Details: The caravan's stock number, the owner's name, and their account number (if it is a privately owned holiday home).
Job Specifics: The unique Job Number, the date the job was placed, who logged the job into the system, and who it has been assigned/passed to.
Estimated Costs: Any estimated labor or material costs that were recorded when the job was logged.
