Overview

Note on Report Classification: As per company guidelines, Bottled Gas reports are handled within the maintenance system. This is a Data Export/Specialized List focused on fuel operations rather than a standard job card.

This report surfaces all customer requests for Bottled Gas deliveries that have been successfully entered into ParcVu but have not yet had their delivery sheets or customer invoice notifications printed.

Best Use Case

  • Gas Delivery Dispatch: Run this every morning in the stockyard or main office. It gives the grounds/gas delivery team a definitive checklist of who needs gas cylinders dropped off to their pitch immediately.

How You Can Filter This Report

  • Parks: Filter by relevant parks.

  • Date Range (From/To): Filter by the date the gas cylinder request was logged.

  • Sorting Options: Organize the delivery run by choosing to sort by:

    • Order Number

    • Order Date

    • Pitch Number (highly recommended for mapping out physical delivery routes on park)

    • Account Number

    • Owner Name

Key Information Displayed on the Report

  • Gas Cylinder Specifics: Details the exact Bottle Size requested, the number of Units (how many bottles), and the pricing Rate.

  • Delivery Destination: The park description, area, zone, pitch number, caravan stock number, and the owner's name and account number.

  • Order Creation: Displays the order number, the date the read was taken, who logged the request, and who authorized it.
