An operational housekeeping report that lists cleaning jobs that are not yet finished, providing details on previous and next bookings for each unit.

Best Use Case

  • Housekeeping Workflow: Assigning daily cleaning tasks to specific users or external contractors.

  • Turnaround Management: Seeing when a unit was vacated and when the next guest is arriving to prioritize cleaning.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Area/Zone: Specific park location filters.

  • Date Range: Filters for jobs with a target date in the range.

  • Order By: Job No, Van Free Date, Next Booking Date, or Pitch No.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: N/A (Operational report).

  • Product Source: Identifies the physical unit and the next booking's extras.

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: N/A.

  • Extras: Lists specific "Extras" for the next booking (e.g., bed making, welcome packs) to help cleaners prepare.

  • Owner Bookings: Included.

  • Booking Statuses: Only looks at jobs linked to active, uncancelled bookings.

  • Assignment: Jobs must be linked to a physical van or unit.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
