Overview

A daily operational report for housekeeping staff, detailing arrivals, departures, and changeovers, including unit "dirty" status and booking comments.

Best Use Case

  • Daily Housekeeping Management: Generating a list of units that need cleaning or inspection on a specific day.

  • Check-in Preparation: Reviewing guest names, arrival times, and specific booking comments or extras.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Run Date: The specific day the activities take place.

  • Show Statuses: Toggles to include/exclude Provisional, Confirmed, Lapsed, etc.

  • Order By: Pitch, Name, Booking Ref, or Short Name.

  • Grouping: Option to group by "Arrivals/Departures".

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: N/A (Operational report).

  • Product Source: Shows the product listed on the booking and identifies the physical unit assigned.

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: N/A.

  • Extras: Includes booking comments which often contain info on extras like pets or car registrations.

  • Owner Bookings: Included if the "Show Sublet Weeks" toggle is active.

  • Booking Statuses: User-selectable at runtime.

  • Assignment: The booking must be assigned to a pitch or van to appear on a cleaning list.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.

  • Occupancy Logic: Relates to physical units that require servicing.
