Overview

A real-time snapshot of units that are currently vacant and available for booking or move-in.

Best Use Case

  • Walk-in Sales: Identifying exactly which pitches or vans are free right now for immediate check-in.

  • Stock Management: Reviewing the configuration (berths/beds) of available units.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: N/A (Availability report).

  • Product Source: Shows the physical unit and its associated product description.

  • Agent Commission: N/A.

  • VAT: N/A.

  • Extras: N/A.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded. Units with overlapping owner weeks are removed from the available list.

  • Booking Statuses: Excludes units tied to any active booking (Confirmed, Checked-in, etc.).

  • Assignment: Only looks at assigned units that are currently vacant.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.

  • Occupancy Logic: Looks at physical units and excludes those under repair or already occupied.
