Report 290: Final Payments Due

Overview

A debt management report listing bookings where the final balance is due or overdue based on a comparison date.

Best Use Case

  • Credit Control: Identifying guests who need to be contacted for unpaid balances before their arrival.

  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Estimating incoming revenue from pending final payments.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Due Date: The date used to check for overdue balances.

  • Include Lapsed: Choose to include or exclude bookings that have already lapsed.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Relates to the total price (Full Holiday Cost), amount received so far, and balance still owed.

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Full balance is shown.

  • Product Source: Relates to the product on the booking.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included in the totals.

  • Extras: Includes the total cost of all booking items.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes Provisional, Lapsed (Deposit), Deposit Paid, and optionally Lapsed (Final Payment).

  • Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
