Last updated 11 days ago

Overview

While Report 123 catches unprinted paperwork, Report 124 is your master ledger for all processed Warranty and Insurance jobs across a selected timeframe. It tracks the status of claims made either back to the manufacturer or handled through internal warranty schemes.

How You Can Filter This Report

  • Parks: Select one or multiple parks.

  • Date Range (From/To): Filter by the date the warranty/insurance work was created.

  • Warranty Type Toggles: * Filter for Internal/Company Warranty jobs (True/False).

    • Filter for Manufacturer Warranty jobs (True/False).

  • Sorting Options: Organize the layout by Job Number, Manufacturer Date, Pitch, Account Number, Owner Name, or Caravan Make.

Key Information Displayed on the Report

  • Asset Data: Identifies the caravan by Make, Model, Year Made, and its vital Serial/Chassis Number.

  • Financial Impact: Lists the internal cost of labor and materials spent fixing the issue, contrasted against the invoice numbers and credit amounts filed with the third party.

  • Ownership Profile: Displays the pitch status, customer account number, and customer name. If the unit is currently unsold stock, the report smartly replaces the customer name with the text: "Van: [Stock Number]".
