Report 93: Sublet Agreement Safety Compliance

Last updated 11 days ago

Overview

This report audits safety checks exclusively for privately owned holiday homes that are enrolled in the park’s Sublet Scheme. It ensures that owners who rent out their units through your business have met their structural and safety criteria.

Best Use Case

  • Sublet Contract Verifications: Use this at the start of the letting season to cross-reference active sublet agreements. It isolates and prevents any owner unit from being let out if their agreements are active but their gas or electrical certifications have lapsed.

How You Can Filter This Report

  • Park: Select the specific park.

  • Comparison Date: The operational date used to evaluate if certificates are currently active. The report automatically checks the sublet agreement framework to ensure it targets contracts active during the year of this date.

  • Test Category: Filter by specific test markers (A through E)

    • A: Flue Modification Check

    • B: Gas Flue & Vent (GFV) Check

    • C: Electrical PAT Test

    • D: Main Electrical Test

    • E: All Safety Tests Combined

  • Sorting Options: Arrange the output by Caravan Stock Number or Pitch Location.
