Overview

Tracks booking productivity by listing every booking created by staff members or the website within a specific timeframe.

Best Use Case

  • Audit Trail: Reviewing who created specific bookings and when.

  • Sales Tracking: Comparing staff booking volumes against website-generated volumes.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Booking Made Date Range: Filters by when the booking was created.

  • Created By: Select specific staff members or "All".

  • Include Cancelled: Toggle to see or hide cancelled bookings.

  • Order By: Park/Date/User or Park/User/Date.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Relates to the Full Cost, Total Paid, and Balance.

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Full holiday values are shown.

  • Product Source: Shows the product on the booking.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included.

  • Extras: Included.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes active bookings and optionally cancelled ones.

  • Assignment: Includes both assigned and unallocated bookings.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
