Overview
A report detailing all bookings cancelled within a specific timeframe, including the reason for cancellation and any remaining balances or payments.
Best Use Case
Loss Analysis: Reviewing why guests are cancelling and identifying trends in cancellation reasons.
Refund Management: Checking how much has been paid on cancelled bookings to process refunds.
Available Filters
Parks: Multi-select parks.
Cancellation Date Range: Filters by the date the cancellation was processed.
Cancellation Reason: Filter for a specific reason or "All".
Order By: Cancellation Date, Arrival Date, Guest Name, or Booking Ref.
Key Data Logic
Amount Shown: Relates to the Full Cost, Total Paid, and Remaining Balance.
Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Full holiday costs are shown.
Product Source: Includes Accommodation (Van), Touring (Pitch), and Unallocated bookings.
Agent Commission: Included.
VAT: Included in the cost.
Extras: Included (shows total price of the holiday).
Owner Bookings: Excluded.
Booking Statuses: Only includes Cancelled bookings (Status 9).
Assignment: Includes both assigned and unallocated bookings.
Reporting Period: Not required.
