Overview

A report detailing all bookings cancelled within a specific timeframe, including the reason for cancellation and any remaining balances or payments.

Best Use Case

  • Loss Analysis: Reviewing why guests are cancelling and identifying trends in cancellation reasons.

  • Refund Management: Checking how much has been paid on cancelled bookings to process refunds.

Available Filters

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Cancellation Date Range: Filters by the date the cancellation was processed.

  • Cancellation Reason: Filter for a specific reason or "All".

  • Order By: Cancellation Date, Arrival Date, Guest Name, or Booking Ref.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Relates to the Full Cost, Total Paid, and Remaining Balance.

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Full holiday costs are shown.

  • Product Source: Includes Accommodation (Van), Touring (Pitch), and Unallocated bookings.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Included in the cost.

  • Extras: Included (shows total price of the holiday).

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Only includes Cancelled bookings (Status 9).

  • Assignment: Includes both assigned and unallocated bookings.

  • Reporting Period: Not required.
