There is an option to use ‘Windows Identity, which if set will mean that the user doesn’t need to remember passwords etc they will just be able to select to ‘Sign In’
To set this click on the ‘Ellipsis’ at the end of the Windows Identity field

The ‘Active directory popup will be displayed

Click on the ‘Search’ button and the relevant detail will be displayed showing the details avilable, click on the required line to select it and click ‘Ok’
The details will auto fil on the User record
Select ‘Save All Changes’ on the navigation list.

In future the ‘Login’ screen will display the User and all that will be required is for the user to select ‘Sign In’.

NOTE: There is an option at the bottom of the login screen if the user wants to login using different details.

Clicking on this link will display the standard login screen where Username and Password details can be entered.
