Pitch Repairs in ParcVu Desktop

To make a Pitch temporarily unavailable to book, it can be put ‘under repair’

For example, if the Pitch is a ‘Touring Pitch’ then the Pitch would become unavailable for Bookings for the duration of the Repair dates entered. The Pitch would show up on the Park Booking Overview screen as ‘Under Repair’ for the given dates.

Navigate to the required Pitch

The Pitch Details screen will then be displayed. Select View Repairs from the Navigation list on the right.

Any previously entered dates will be displayed.

Select Add Repair Date from the Navigation list on the right.

The screen will be highlighted, and a new entry line will be added with today’s date entered. Double click in the ‘Start Date’ and End Date’ columns and enter the required Repair Start and End dates. Type in a Repair Comment if required

Select ‘Save Changes’ on the Navigation list on the right when finished.

The Repair dates will now be updated on the system.

Repair dates can be edited or deleted by selecting the required option from the Navigation list on the right.

The Pitch will now be unavailable for Bookings during the Repair date period set. This can be viewed on The Park Booking Overview screen which is found in the Bookings section of the Menu.

Hover your mouse over the Repair line in this screen and the Repair Date details will be displayed.

If a Pitch Repair will clash with an existing booking on the selected Pitch then a warning message will be displayed:

Any affected bookings should be moved prior to setting the Repair Dates
