Back and Next options – These are used to move backwards or forwards through previous screens

Home option – returns the display to the Main Menu screen

Cash Sale – Opens the Cash Sale function to allow point of sales transactions to be made

Booking – Quick link to the Make a Booking screen

Refresh – Updates the system to take account of any recent input

History – Shows the last few screens visited

Diary – Quick link to the Prospects Diary screen

Dashboards – Quick link to the Jobs/Cleaning/Owners/Sales Dashboards

Help - Provides ParcVu system help topic menus

Quick Search You can do a ‘Quick Find’ by entering either a Short name, Name, Pitch Number, CSN - Caravan Stock Number, SLA - Sales License Agreement No, Account Number or Job Number into the ‘Search’ field and clicking on the magnifying glass.

NOTE: Where an arrow is shown at the side of the quick search, this gives a drop-down list of recent search history.
