Overview

A detailed financial report providing a week-by-week comparison of revenue, days booked, and average tariff for a specific booking product versus the previous year.

Best Use Case

  • Granular Product Analysis: Diving deep into the performance of a single accommodation grade (e.g., "Gold 3-Bed") across the season.

  • Tariff Management: Checking if the achieved weekly tariff for a product is meeting targets compared to last year.

Available Filters

  • Booking Product: Filter for one specific product or "All".

  • Parks: Multi-select parks.

  • Date Range: Filters by when the booking was made.

Key Data Logic

  • Amount Shown: Relates to the total amount of the break (invoiced value).

  • Income Logic: Not pro-rated. Revenue is assigned to the reporting period the holiday starts in.

  • Product Source: Looks at the product on the booking.

  • Agent Commission: Included.

  • VAT: Excluded.

  • Extras: Excluded. Only includes revenue from "Prime" product booking items.

  • Owner Bookings: Excluded.

  • Booking Statuses: Includes confirmed bookings but excludes cancelled bookings (Status 9).

  • Assignment: The booking does not need to be assigned.

  • Reporting Period: Required. Uses reporting periods to define the "weeks" and perform year-on-year shifts.
