Hoseasons Import Product Mappings in ParcVu Desktop

The Hoseasons-related functions in ParcVu Desktop are only available to existing customers who previously signed up for the legacy ParcVu Bookings module. New subscribers will be offered enrolment in the Booking Experts module. Existing customers using legacy Bookings will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to Booking Experts - contact your Account Manager for more information

To use the Hoseasons OneConnect full integration, the Booking Products in ParcVu must be mapped to the Hoseasons LP Code

To use this function, the user must have the Allow Access System Maintenance permission

From the Home screen go to System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Lookups > Import Product Mappings

To add a Code, select ‘Edit’ on the navigation list, select the ‘Park’, Product’, ‘Import source’ and then enter the given LP Code details for that product, select ‘Save’ when finished

Each LP Code can only be mapped to one Booking Product at a time

If the Booking Product you’re looking for doesn’t appear in the list for a particular Park, check that it’s first been added to Park Booking Products - you can find out more about this here: Park Booking Products in ParcVu Desktop
