Delete a Template in ParcVu Desktop

To access this area of the system, the User will need the permissions Allow Access System Sub Menu and Can Maintain Templates

Go to System Maintenance Sub Menu > Maintain Templates

Select the required template and then select ‘Delete’ from the Navigation list on the right.

Certain templates should never be deleted - these are the templates which are for system-generated communications (eg AIC Invoice). These have a special indicator in the database, and if you delete them, processes will fail

If you think you’ve added a duplicate of one of these in error, please contact ParcVu Support and they will assist in ensuring the correct version is deleted
