Report 122: Jobs Completed

Overview
This report gathers all maintenance jobs that have been marked as fully completed. Its standout feature is its flexibility: it can switch views depending on whether you want to look at internal maintenance costs or look at what amounts are ready to be billed to a customer.
Best Use Case
Billing and Cost Analysis: Use this report to review completed work over a week or month. You can toggled it to view the pure internal cost of a job, or use it to preview the final invoiced amounts before they hit the customer's account.
How You Can Filter This Report
Parks: Select individual or multiple holiday parks.
Date Range (From/To): Filter by the day the job was logged into the system.
Job Types & Holiday Home Job Types: Filter by specific work categories and the structural classification of the holiday home.
Caravan Status: Choose to look at All jobs, Company Units only (jobs with no customer account attached), or Owners only (jobs linked to a customer account).
Display Values Toggled: * Select Cost Amounts to analyze internal labor and material expenses.
Select Invoiced Amounts to see what billing amounts are going out.
Mail Merge (True/False): Toggles customer contact cards for communication.
Sorting Options: Sort results by Job Number, Date Created, Pitch, Account Number, Owner Name, or Job Type.
Key Information Displayed on the Report
Financial Breakdowns: Displays labor costs and material costs side-by-side. If the invoice view is selected, it displays the specific job line-item totals and combines them into a Total Amount.
Job Context: Lists the unique Job Number, the completion date, the team member who logged the job, and the estimated duration of the work.
Holiday Home Details: Shows the holiday park, pitch reference, unit stock number, and the full text explanation of the order details.
